Unfortunately due to Ryde Council restrictions we cannot hire our venues to organisations outside the church at present.
Our fee structure is designed to prioritise not-for-profit community groups and organisations that provide benefit to the local community of West Ryde.

We ask that organisations that work with children commit to upholding the Child Safe Standards identified by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
Please note that compliance with the Child Safe Standards is a condition of any lease or licence to occupy or otherwise use any property or facilities of WRCC.
Venue hire is a simple process:
- Contact the church to discuss your needs and our venues.
- Complete the Venue Hire Application form and supporting documentation, including:
- Complete the Hall Hirers Licence form (as applicable).
- Complete the Declaration of Commitment to Child Safe Standards form (as applicable).
- Submit the forms and supporting documentation.
- If the hire is agreed, pay the fees and charges in advance.
- Contact the church to arrange an site induction to finalise the venue hire.
Fees and Charges
Standard bond charges and hire fees generally apply to individuals and organisations.
Discounted bond charges and hire fees may apply to not-for-profit local community groups and organisations.
All hire fees, except offices, are per hour with a minimum hire of two hours. The hire fees for offices are per week with a minimum hire of one week.
Please note that hire fees are shown exclusive of GST.

This venue is a flexible open space that can be configured in a variety of ways. This includes an adjoining deck and outdoor space. Access to kitchenette and toilets is available.
Capacity of 150 persons.
Please note the hall is not available to hire at this time.
AUDITORIUM

This venue is a flexible open space that can be configured in a variety of ways. It is equipped with an audio-visual system. Access to kitchenette and toilets is available.
Capacity of 100-150 persons.
Meeting Room (Ground)

This venue is configured as a classroom which includes tables, chairs, and whiteboard. Access to kitchenette and toilets is available.
Capacity of 15 persons.
Meeting Room (Level 1)
